To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours. Online bookings are not approved until you receive a message confirming the time is available. If you are a "New Client" and you no call no show you will be charged for your session. New Clients will be sent an additional form for credit card information and authorization for the no call no show fee. This form will need to filled out and returned prior to your session being approved.
