Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours before your appointment. Online bookings are not approved until you receive a message confirming the time is available. Monthly client discount is not typically included on price when booking online, discounts will be applied at check out in person if you qualify for monthly discount. If you are a "New Client" and you no call no show you will be charged for your session. *NEW CLIENTS: If this is your first appointment at Heavenly Horizons, please make sure to fill out the new client forms required for your session located on the 'new client forms' tab before you arrive for your session.
