Welcome to Heavenly Horizons Massage. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platform, in-person services (including massage therapy, facials, and body waxing), and SMS communications.

By booking a service, visiting our location, or opting into our text communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Heavenly Horizons provides professional wellness and skincare services, including massage therapy, esthetic facials, and waxing services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for non-compliance with spa policies, inappropriate behavior, or undisclosed medical conditions.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, & Rescheduling

  • Online Booking Approval: Online bookings are not approved until you receive a message confirming that the time slot is available.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: A cancellation notice provided less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-Show Policy: If you are a New Client and fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice ("no call, no show"), you will be charged the full amount for your session.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late will reduce your overall session time so as not to delay subsequent client appointments. Full service fees will still apply.

  • Discounts: Applicable discounts will be applied at in-person checkout if you qualify.

3. Client Responsibilities & Health Intake Forms

  • New Client Forms: If this is your first appointment at Heavenly Horizons, you must complete the required intake forms before arriving for your session. These forms are located under the "New Client Forms" tab on our website.

  • Health Disclosures: Clients must accurately disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, active prescriptions (e.g., retinoids, topical treatments, Accutane), and pregnancies prior to receiving any massage, facial, or waxing treatment.

  • Professional Conduct: All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and permanent denial of service.

  • Consent for Treatment: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that all massage, facial, and waxing treatments require the completion of our New Client Intake & Consent Form prior to service. You agree to provide accurate health information and understand that receiving services is contingent upon consenting to treatment policies and disclosures outlined in those forms.

4. Refunds & Gift Certificates

  • Services: Completed massage, facial, and waxing services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

5. SMS & Mobile Text Messaging Terms

By opting into our SMS/text messaging program (e.g., texting a keyword to our number, opting in during booking, or filling out our forms):

  • Program Description: You consent to receive recurring marketing, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and customer support text messages from Heavenly Horizons.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message verifying your opt-out.

  • Help Instructions: Reply HELP to any text message for assistance or email us at rhonda@heavenlyhorizonsmassage.com.

  • Privacy Assurance: Mobile information and opt-in consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly Horizons Massage & Esthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, products, website, or booking platform.
